Do you organise trips to all eight islands?
Yes, all eight: Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro and La Graciosa. Also island-hopping combinations.
Can I pay for the trip in instalments?
Yes, financing is available. The terms depend on the amount and the departure date, so we set them out for you before you book, with no obligation.

A physical activity programme adapted to your starting point, accommodation chosen for its setting, outdoor activity and support from qualified professionals. These are wellbeing services: they do not constitute medical advice or treatment.
How do you check accessibility in AeraAccess?
Point by point and before proposing anything: door widths, bathroom access, bed height, ramp or lift, adapted vehicle, and which beaches have a walkway and an amphibious chair. We send it to you with photos and measurements, and reconfirm it with the suppliers before every departure.
Do I need a visa to travel to the Canary Islands?
The Canary Islands are Spanish and European Union territory, so the same entry requirements apply as for the rest of Spain. They depend on your nationality. We point you to the official information, but we do not handle immigration paperwork or give migration advice.
Can I change the dates or cancel?
It depends on each supplier's terms: airlines, hotels and excursions have different policies. We tell you clearly before you book, so you know what you are committing to.
What languages can you help me in?
The website is in seven languages. Personal service by phone and WhatsApp is in Spanish and English; if you write in another language we will still reply and find a way to understand each other.

What we check before proposing anything

Transfers: an adapted vehicle from the airport and for every excursion.
Beaches: which ones have a walkway, an amphibious chair and bathing assistance, and in which months.
Excursions: which part of the route is passable and which part is not.
How we work

What we will not do
